"It’s healthier to look out at the world through a window than through a mirror... Otherwise, all I would see is myself and whatever is behind me. My Strength doesn’t come from what I can do; it comes from overcoming what I thought I couldn’t do. This has been my time, and now it is my life journey."

I used my fitness skills and education to develop a private program that would allow Memory Care individuals to have dignity and a sense of purpose, no matter where situated in life. My mom's Alzheimer's journey caused an earthshaking awareness that allowed me to provide programs for this population. It is my goal for others to acknowledge that a 'beautiful mind is never wasted.'
