Donna Marie Gordon is the visionary Founder and driving force behind the I Care Memory Organization. Her extensive background in education and fitness, coupled with her unwavering passion for senior wellness, has shaped the organization's mission to improve the quality of life for seniors and those facing memory-related challenges.  

As a certified personal trainer and instructor through the American Sports and Fitness Association, Donna possesses the expertise and skills to develop and implement effective health and wellness programs.

Her dedication to senior wellness stems from her understanding of the unique needs and concerns of this population.  

Donna's commitment to empowering seniors is evident in her work with various organizations and facilities. She serves as a wellness provider for Nightingale Hospice, where she creates and delivers health and wellness programs for residents in memory care and assisted living. She also provides exercise healthcare programs for Emerald PCH and Sodalis Stone Oak, further demonstrating her dedication to improving seniors' physical well-being.  

In addition, Donna facilitates wellness programs for Texas residents with intellectual and developmental disabilities through the Alamo Area Council of Governments (ACCOG). Her work with Heavenly Hearts Adult Day Care and Seasons Alzheimer's Care and Assisted Living Facilities showcases her expertise in coordinating health and wellness programs that incorporate physical activities such as dance and chair exercises.
