Get Involved with Senior Care

Summary text describing the various ways that visitors can advocate for senior care and fitness in their community. This should be a fairly short summary that mostly briefly mentions the types of advocacy.

Here we have a variety of info-graphics and statistics, as well as links to various resources providing more in-depth detail about each type of advocacy mentioned in the summary text. Many of the links in this section will point to anchor sections further down on this page. There will be plenty of links that point to off site locations, as well. Right now this is just a blob of text, but we will have more visual variety upon further fleshing out of this page. Headings, sub-text blocks, etc.

The types of information that we are looking to prioritize:

  1. Bill Watch: Bills in the Senate and House of Representatives at the National and Federal Level that have to do with Senior Care and Medical Health.

  2. Politicians who have senior health friendly policies.

  3. Volunteer and social events.

  4. Meals on Wheels and similar programs sign-up.

  5. Articles on what you can do to help family, friends, loved ones, suffering from dementia, alzheimers, et al.
